1a From Albany, take the Northway (Rt. 87) to Exit 23 -- Warrensburg Take Rt. 9 north and west for 4.2 miles following signs for Rt. 28 Take Rt. 28 for 70 miles to Eagle Bay, passing through North River, Indian Lake, Blue Mountain Lake, Raquette Lake and Inlet. Eagle Bay is just a few minutes past Inlet 1b From Montreal take Rt. 87 south to Exit 29 -- Blue Ridge Take CR2B (Boreas Rd.) west for 18 miles, where it briefly turns into Tahawus Rd. for 1.3 miles before meeting Rt. 28N Turn right onto Rt. 28N and take it to Blue Mountain Lake for 29 miles, passing through Newcomb and Long Lake first Turn right onto Rt. 28 toward Raquette Lake and take it for 26 miles to Eagle Bay 2 In Eagle Bay, turn right just before Tim's onto Big Moose Road [CR 1] 3 Take Big Moose Rd for 4.4 miles and watch for the Covewood driveway (Covey Road) on your right 4 If you pass the first entrance (just before the sign) you can catch the second entrance (just after the sign); if you go past the Big Moose Chapel, then you better turn around 5 Go down the Covey Road driveway for a quarter of a mile and turn right to cross the bridge over the Big Moose outlet 6 Summer guests proceed to the end of the road till you reach the Main Lodge Winter guests stop at the large grey house on your left just after you cross the bridge
