We like to handle all reservations in person, so we can answer any questions you may have and ensure your Covewood experience is off to a good start. We are often out attending to the property, so if you don't get an answer at first please keep trying. Evenings are a good time to catch us by the phone.

Our summer season is crowded with our many regular guests, who have the right of first refusal to their cottage and time slot. If you are interested in a summer stay, please call us in January or February, although there is always a chance of a last-minute cancellation.

We begin booking winter reservations in August. While the winter is more flexible than the summer, please call as far in advance as possible, particularly for Holiday weekends.

Methods of Payment
Covewood is pleased to accept personal checks, traveler's checks, or cash. We do not accept credit cards for deposits or final payment.

We're sorry, but for the welfare of the many animals that make their homes at Covewood, snowmobiles and jet-skis are not permitted. We also ask that those traveling with their pets make arrangements to board them elsewhere.

Please remember - guests are responsible for their own sheets, towels, and pillowcases. Blankets and bedspreads are provided.
